Which means 2 cups of fruit and 2 ½ cups of vegetables daily.  These amounts of fruits and vegetables have enough diet nutrients for individuals who get less than 30 minutes of physical activity each day. Much more fruits and vegetables may be consumed by those who exercise 30 minutes per day or more. Keep healthy and watch your diet nutrition.
