Counting calories can get tricky. Portions matter, and the calories hide in larger portions we usually consume over weekends, when we eat more snacks. This leads to increased cholesterol and fat.  University professors have come up with a new way to treat the weekend as a Wednesday, as far as your eating habits are concerned:

1.  Wake up at the same time on weekends as you do on weekdays. Try to sync up your eating times.
2.  Eat Breakfast. don't skip it. Resarch shows that people who eat breakfast are healthier through the day.
3.  Weigh in before and after meal.
4.  Count your calories
5.  Work out on the weekend.
